Love the versatility

We've upgraded to the Keurig K550 recently. We love the versatility of being able to brew 1 cup or a carafe. Also love the large water reservoir. We would give this 5 stars if there was a water temperature control & if the carafe kept the coffee hot. Thanks, Kuerig, for the free packs for this review.

I love the brewer but the coffee in the carafe does not come out hot. It is barely warm. This is the only downfall with this brewer. The individual cups are very hot though.

Not enough bang for your buck

Brewer is quick and easy to use. BUT: I want to be able to use any brand cup or my own cup that I can fill with any brand coffee. The clock on the brewer runs fast. It has gained 30 minutes over the course of 5 weeks.

Hi PS - retired , For the issue of the clock, Please contact our Customer Care team at 866-901-2739 so that we can help troubleshoot your brewer. The My K-Cup accessory and other reusable filters are not compatible with Keurig 2.0 Brewing Technology because the brewer has no way of determining what beverage is being used or how much coffee is being added, and therefore cannot adjust to factors such as brew strength and amount of water, which could represent a safety concern. Because of this, the system will not brew unlicensed packs. To ease the transition to 2.0, please call our Customer Care team at 866-901-2739.

New Keurig 2.0

I purchased this new current 2.0 to replace my old system. I was concerned that it required the new 2.0 K-Cups, but after using it I discovered that did not pose a problem. Nearly all of the K-Cups that I purchase now offer the 2.0 cups, especially the Kirkland brand coffee. I also purchased a 2.0 Keurig for my father-in-law for Christmas. He experienced the needles plugging up and returned it for a replacement. I have not experienced that as of yet. Keurig told him to remove used K-Cups when not in use to avoid this. I appreciate the new digital display for clock, lights, and cup sizes. If I had any advice to improve the unit, I would suggest creating a separate button for water and cleaning only. Currently, when I remove any used to K-Cup to avoid clogged needles and don't insert a new cup it automatically goes to water mode and I have to cancel it. Love the design!!! Biggest issue is there is no shut off button. Shut off is automatic by choosing how long you want to keep it on....fifteen minutes is the shortest. Would have loved an option to increase the coffees temperature. Otherwise I really like it. It is my third Kuerig machine.

I have had 4 different keurigs and this is my favorite by far! It came with the black carafe and have hot coffee when I want it. I use carafe more on weekends and cup during the week. This machine brews the perfect cup of coffee, tea and more. We love the extra brew options for size and the strong setting and also the added on demand water feature. The brewer even turns on and off conveniently when we choose . I love the personalization that the machine offers with wallpapers and the nightlight color changes (red is my favorite). The touchscreen is easy to use and view. I think this brewer has been the greatest Keurig purchase yet. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review. "

We love our Keurig 2.0 and are so glad we purchased it. I love a strong, bold cup of coffee, while my husband likes a medium roast. With our Keurig 2.0 we are both able to have our coffee the way we each like it every morning. We're also able to make a pot of delicious coffee when we have guests. It couldn't be more convenient.
