So classy and BETTER coffee than EVER

I was so excited to see this product debut! I ordered mine right away and I haven't been disappointed. Whether a carafe or by the cup, this Keurig is my all-time favorite! The computer display is trendy and the coffee tastes better than ever.
Pros: Easy to clean, Large Pot, Easy to use, Strength Selector, Brews quickly, Stylish, Durable, Multiple Settings

Love the 2.0 & Learn a new trick

After switching from a Platinum Elite model we were initially disappointed to have our new 2.0 stop brewing after only 3 weeks. Nothing in the manual seemed to cover out issue. Researching the web we learned that the upper back piercing pin is a common problem. After cleaning it out, our 2.0 works perfectly again! We simplly clean it out with a long pin every week or two. Just wish the owner's manual had addressed this issue. Thank goodness we found a solution on the internet. Except for that one little issue, we LOVE the new Keurig 2.0. I use my Keurig 2.0 K550 about four or five times a day on the weekends. I fill a thermos everyday from the carafe for work. Way better than the coffee at work yet still cheaper than stopping at the coffee shop for just 12oz of coffee. I love that the coffee is always fresh. Hi Joe, The My K-Cup accessory and other reusable filters are not compatible with Keurig 2.0 Brewing Technology because the brewer has no way of determining what beverage is being used or how much coffee is being added, and therefore cannot adjust to factors such as brew strength and amount of water, which could represent a safety concern. Because of this, the system will not brew unlicensed packs. To ease the transition to 2.0, please call our Customer Care team at 866-901-2739.

I use the 2.0 at least twice a day and have been happy with its performance every time. My only complaint is the size restrictions. Yes, I can go back and re-run through the same pod but it would be nice to have some larger settings. Maybe a 12 and 14oz option. De-scaling can be tedious and uses a lot of water. I wish there was a simpler way to do this. Otherwise, I love my brewer!

Wish the carafe was better insulated to keep coffee hot longer. The clock has to be reprogrammed about once every couple weeks, gets about 45 minutes ahead.

Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Won't Use Older K-cups, Hot Water Limited To 6oz
