I bought my new keurig 2.0 about 4 months ago. I love it! My 2.0 is so easy to use and clean. I love being able to make one cup or brew a carafe. I had had many other k-cup machines but this one is by far my favorite. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."
Pros: Durable, Easy to clean, Brews quickly, Easy to use, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Large Pot

Needs some improvement

The two things I most dislike is holding the button for hot water, now using my kettle for hot water usually want more that 6 ounces, also not being able to program the cup size for coffee.
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Limited Features, HARD TO CLEAN, Long Brew Time, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No Turning Back

Will never go back to regular coffee brewers. Keurig is the only way to go and I've given several as gifts. I use it everyday, throughout the day. Recently bought 2.0 (after my older model died) and like it, but miss the pod versatility of the older model. Had to give away numerous pods that the 2.0 rejects. Also miss the option of being able to use a refillable k-cup. I like Keurig for single cup convenience and have not brewed a carafe. I do like the hot water feature for regular tea bags, hot chocolate, etc. Occasionally the timer doesn't work on the 2.0 (although the settings are still correct) and it isn't "ready and waiting" for me in the morning. Fortunately the brewer heats quickly.
Pros: Durable, Easy to clean, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Brews quickly
Cons: No Refillable K-cup

Not what I expected from Keurig

I Love Keurig. It's one of the best things invented for coffee drinkers. I was extremely excited when 2.0 came out, because my husband drinks a lot of coffee and still uses a regular pot. However, we were extremely disappointed with the 2.0. The pot did not brew enough cups of coffee even when set to the largest setting. There is not warmer for the pot and the pot the original 2.0 comes with is not insulated. The coffee does not stay warm. The Kcups that came with the 2.0 system did not all work. It was understood that if the Kcups did not have the Keurig logo, they will not work with the system. But, the very least, the Kcups that come with the system should work. This is another con to the 2.0 system that you can only use Kcups with Keurig logo. I am thinking about returning to 2.0.
Pros: Multiple Settings
Cons: Not All Kcups Worked, Too Little Cups Brewed, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Small Pot, No Warmer For Pot

We will certainly share your feedback with the product engineering team. You can brew up to 30 oz with the k550, in fact, you will be able to brew different sizes depending on the packs that you insert:
K-Cup: 4 oz. – 10 oz.
Vue: 12 oz. – 16 oz.
K-Carafe: 22 oz. – 30 oz.
Here are some tips on how to get a bigger brew:
Brew a 4-cup carafe using new K-Carafe packs and pour into two 14 oz. travel mugs.
K-Cup: 4 oz. – 10 oz.
Vue: 12 oz. – 16 oz.
K-Carafe: 22 oz. – 30 oz.

Should have asked questions before build

This would have been a (GREAT MACHINE) if it had three features changed! Didn't lock out all other generic brands of K-cups! Also losing the ability to adjust the brewing temperature and having to hold the button down for a cup of hot water is not user friendly. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

I use the Keurig almost every day to brew a great cup of coffee to take to work or enjoy at home. I love how quick the brewer works and the ability to choose between 4-10oz and set a timer to wake it up. I love the variety of flavors available and since we keep it in our kitchen, the built-in light is a great nightlight for the room after dark. The brewer is a bit tricky to clean and it has gotten louder since we first started using it (two months ago) but overall we're very satisfied. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review
