Bought this as I wanted to upgrade for the Large K-Carafe since we drink more than one cup in the morning. The only disapointment was the plastic K-Carafe does not keep the coffee hot very long. It will need to be replaced with a stainless steel carafe. I purchased the stainless pot. It would have been nice for it to be included in the High end 550 model. The unit itself is slick looking. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!!!!

Slick, but frustrating

The design of the new Keurig is much more thought out for the daily drinker and long-term maintenance. I understand it is smart business to add the K-cup reading feature to ensure only Keurig licensed cups are usable, but that is a bit like coffee monopoly. The size of the new needles changed in this version, so when I attempted to "hack" the new reading system, the non-licensed cups made a mess and resulted in tons of grinds in my cup. So, I had to give up my favorite coffee ground brand.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Large Pot, Stylish
Cons: Loud, Incompatibility, Limited Features

I use this product almost every day and do love the way it works. It's simple to use and easy to clean. The coffee is not cheap, but is worth the price.

This is the coffee maker of my dreams! I love flavored coffees and my husband like plain black strong brewed coffee. This machine has solved our coffee disagreements. The only downside is that not all of the features are useable currently, many settings are for future Keurig technology. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Love my new brewer. Only complaint so far is you can only get 6oz of hot water if you want to have a cup of tea.
