This is a great machine! The only issue I have is when changing the filter it is VERY difficult to open the plastic container and can break easily.... Needs to be redesigned! Other than that it works perfect.

I use my Keurig Brewer every morning for a single serving of coffee. The brewer is easy to use, quick, convenient, and I love the fact that I no longer have to wash a coffee pot every day! Another great thing is all the varieties of beverages to choose from and the option of buying a small sample pack if you want to try something new but don't want to commit to buying an entire box. I received my new Keurig K550 Brewing System for Christmas 2014. Since having it I love the increased water capacity I was always having to refill my previous model . I love the new carafe and the ability to make a whole pot at once plus the convenience of being able to brew one cup at a time. I would recommend the K550 model to everyone.

Like most people we are very busy between kids and work. Not much time to sit and relax. But when we find time it is so great having our Keurig K550. It is so fast to make a cup of coffee. The only hard part is picking the flavor you want to try. I have not found a flavor that I would not order again. GREAT PRODUT - "Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review".

We have had this machine since September 2014 and love it! We have not had any problems with the new 2.0 cups. We wish there were more choices for the K-carafe. We use the pot every weekend!
