I love my Keurig, it's so nice. I have the nightlight design and I can set it to a few different colors. I can even choose 2 separate colors also. My children living making hot chocolate In it and it has a separate hot cocoa setting. I love all the different K cups you can buy, and with this model you can make a carffe when you have company. That's a complete time saver!!!!! Thanks, Keurig, for the FREE packs with this review ;)

Keurig K550 advanced system

I always like when Keurig has a new product. The K550 has so many options. You can set time for brewing. Has colorful background display and different water reservoir colors. There are so many choices of coffee, Keurig has. The only thing that really bugs me about this system is that after about 3 potfulls of coffee, there is a clogging and it will display "brewing" all day. I had to call customer service after one month and was told that sometimes the needle that punchiers the coffee and you have to take the brew chamber handles apart, really difficult at first till you understand system. Then clear the minor clog with a paperclip. After that you have to run about 3 six oz cups of just hot water to make sure everything is right. My problem is I use good spring water so after every 3 pots, I wasting good water. After that you have to reset your clock. It gets frustrating. But if you can live with that, you'll make great coffee.

Cons: Taking It Apart

We really like the Keurig 2.0 K550. My wife and I don't drink the same items and the Keurig allows us to make our own coffee, hot chocolate or other brew without being wasteful. When company is with us, they can also choose their favorite and make it the way they like it. Of course, when we need to, we like the option of brewing multiple cups at once. We like being able to choose the size, strength, etc. when brewing coffee, making hot chocolate, or other drinks. We have owned the unit for several months now and so far we haven't found anything about it that we don't like. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I use my Keurig every morning, sometimes multiple times per day. It brews quickly and gives you options for more than just coffee. You can use this brewer for coffee, hot cocoa, tea, and more. I find that it doesn't keep the coffee hot as long as other Keurigs I have used in the past.
