This machine is so simple - a 5 year old can make their own hot chocolate - and a 65 year old is not technically challenged. We totally enjoy our machine!

I use the K500 as my primary brewing device, and I really like the fact that I can get a wide variety of beverages (i.e. specialty cofees, teas, etc. The only drawback that I can see is the cost of the cartridges.

Received this as a Christmas present to replace a much older Keurig. It is a great machine and I find I am using it a lot more than the old one. It holds plenty of water, heats up quickly. I love the look of the machine and the different colored lights I can choose to illuminate the water tank.Overall, I am very pleased. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
