Love that I can preset the brewer for when I would like my coffee and have it already brewed when I am ready for it with no waiting for it to brew. I don't care for the noises it makes while brewing.

This brewer makes good hot fresh coffee quickly. The carafe is great for making iced coffee; however it will not keep coffee hot. You don't need to keep it hot because its easy and quick to make a fresh cup whenever you want to. Thanks, Keurig for the free packs for this review.

I Use my brewer everyday, Kcups during the week and Kcarafs on the weekends. Getting used to the differences between the 2.0 system and the older brewer. When I first received my brewer it was broken out of the box. But called customer service and they had a new one on the way the very next day. "Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review."

I love that it has the energy saver mode and that I can personalize the color of the water tank and screen! I wish it would brew water without me having to hold down the button the whole time. I wish I could use my own K-cups or ones that don't have the ring around the cup. I seem to have coffee grounds in my coffee each time it brews.....
