Excellent product overall; love the backlight and sleek design. Coffee is superior, and brews quickly with no hassle. Some stores have limited selection of Keurig-approved K-Cups, but this should improve with time. Very satisfied with the product. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Great for coffee, not so for hot water

Overall, a good machine. The hot water dispensing is tedious. Have to continually press button and then it stops after 6 oz. of water dispensed. Not enough for a full cup. Also, unable to use the fill cup to brew your own brand of coffee, drink, etc.
Pros: Brews Coffee Well, Brews quickly, Easy to use, Multiple Settings
Cons: Loud, Hot Water Dispensing Slow

I bought this Keurig because it came with the carafe. I USE it because it is awesome!! My husband can drink a pot of coffee in the morning so I was hesitant to purchase just for me but I use it not only in the morning but all day long for tea and hot cocoa for the kids, and hubby has had coffee and is impressed by the quality of the coffee. I told a friend to buy one and she loves hers as well!! P.S. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review

Let me start by saying this is my first experience with Keurig so I have nothing to compare to. So far I am happy with it. I did buy the thermal pot because the one that comes with it does not keep the coffee hot for very long. I do think for as much as these machines cost, it should come with the thermal pot. I also do not like that you can't drain the water lines. Despite it's shortcomings, I really like this machine. I use it every day. The touchscreen display is very good and menus are easy to navigate. I would definitely recommend this unit! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!

Great Cup of Coffee

I was a bit disappointed at first that I was unable to use a reusable Kcup with my own coffee. I love a really strong cup of coffee so prefer to grind my own favorite. I also like to reduce the amount of plastics that are simply thrown away after one use. However, now that a compatible, reusable K cup is available, I am completely happy with my machine. It would be nice if color options were available for this model similar to those offered for the mini brewer. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."
