I love my keurig! It was my favorite Christmas present. I love trying new flavors of coffee and not having to throw out a whole pot if I don't like it. It makes drinking coffee so convenient and if I need a cup on the go its quick and easy to access.

Counter space set up around our Keurig

My wife loves breakfast blends and milder flavors, I am big on bold flavors, that plus the strong brew feature sold me. Our whole counter space is set up around it and having variety on hand. My only complaint would be guest like it too much. Thanks, Keurig , for the free packs for this review.

I purchases this product after older Keurig quite working so we upgraded to the K450 model. Have had product 3 weeks and already not working correctly. We have grounds in coffee and it sometimes brews 2 ounces of coffee when set to brew 10 ounces. It also has taken 5 minutes to say done brewing cup. The 4-5 cup carafe setting only gets you two average size cups, not worth the money for this setting.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Carafe Pot Size Not True, Long Brew Time, Brews half cup, Coffee grounds in coffee
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Jamie, Hopefully I can help you with your concern. You can try cleaning the water filter or the needle. To clean water filter. To use the water filter, soak and insert the filter cartridge in the bottom of the handle assembly. Simply grasp the handle and insert it into your empty, removable water reservoir. Be sure to push down firmly all the way down to correctly attach the Water Filter to the inside of your removable water reservoir.
