We don't just like our new Keurig...we LOVE it! We look forward to our morning coffee and the fun of choosing a variety of brews. It is easy to operate, easy to clean and easy to maintain the water. This product is awesome, it has so many features that you can discover. its nice to be able to make a pot of coffee instead of just a single cup every time. Only thing the new machines should come with is something to use all the older (pre-2.0 technology cups) with and the cup so you can make ground coffee as well. We replaced this Keurig with an older model that was noisy and never brewed a full cup on the first try. Had to do it a second time to get a full cup. This makes a delicious cup every time. So easy and convenient. We love it.

We love our Keurig 2.0 K550 brewer! It's perfect for brewing that one cup on busy weekday mornings, or a whole pot for lazy weekends. The kids use it to brew hot chocolate and apple cider, and I love the hot water feature to brew my favorite tea. Because of the one cup convenience, we've had fun trying a variety of coffee we wouldn't have otherwise tried with a conventional coffee maker. This is great for a family. We can brew one cup at a time or brew a carafe to share. We bought the stainless steel carafe and the coffee stays nice and hot. The hot water feature is great too as we love to make tea too.

Use product daily, so handy for a quick cup. Love the fact I can brew 4 cups at a time. Do not like that a lot of k-cups we had left from using old Keurig will not work, and miss the option of having the ability to make our own K-cups.
