We had an older Keurig that I continue to love but got the K550 for Christmas. We love it! Brews faster, hotter. Wish we had the option with the kcups for a 12 or 14 oz. size but other than that...we are very happy with our purchase! "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

I upgraded from the original Keutrig two months ago and it was the best decision ever Wasatch first hesitant, not thinking the upgrade would be worth the expense It certainly has been enjoying the carafe option, updated design more brew options and larger water reservoir

My husband and I work opposite shift, so we drink coffee at different times. The Keurig 2.0 lets us have a hot cup of coffee when we need it the most. I love that I can make the carafe in the morning before I go to work and I can have a cup while I am getting ready and fill my travel cup to take to take with me and I am not wasting any coffee. The only thing I do not like is the carafe does not keep the coffee hot if you wanted to drink several cups. I know that they sell the thermal carafe but think it should have come with the unit. Overall, I am satisfied with the Keurig 2.0 K550. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

"Thanks, Keurig for the free packs for the free packs for this review". This is my second Keurig and I love it. I use it every day, my favorite thing about it is that the water reservoir is larger than my other keurig so I don't have to refill as often. The two things not so great about it : It's a bit too loud when it brews and that I'm not able to use non keurig brand coffee k cups, other than that, I just simply Love it!

I love my new keurig brewer. I love that I don't have to mess with coffee grounds. My husband drinks decaf, I like leaded, so pods work well for us. Only drawback is the cup size settings are 4, 6, 8, and 10 ounce settings. Most coffee mugs are bigger then that, so I have to do an 8, and then a 4 to get my 12 ounces. I've gotten used to that, so no buggy, but a 12 would've been nice.
