This brewer is hust as good as the original. When it comes to descaling, its a pain. Using filtered water with the filter installed in the water tanke it still has a hard time and we don't have hard water. I wish it was easier to take care of.
Pros: Easy to use, Brews quickly, Large Pot
Cons: Loud, HARD TO CLEAN

We got this as an engagement gift and I just love it! It's great that we not have the carafe so that we can brew multiple cups (especially for company!) One of my favorite features though is that the coffeemaker can be set up to alert you when the water filter needs to be changed. Love the options and customizable settings too.

I like to be able to try different flavors of coffee. I really like giving flavored coffee to my friends who i have told to buy the brewer. Keurig has a great customer service department. I was having problems with my brewer and they talked me through how to fix it. I purchased one for my 95 year old grrandma for her birthday and she loves it!!!. I will never have anything in my home but a Keurig.

Very consistent in it's brew sizes and with the tatse from cup to cup. Love the touchscreen which makes it very easy to use. It is nice to have a hot water setting. Love my Keurig

My keurig makes very consistent coffee every time. The portion sizes are always the same. I love the touch screen and the ease of use. The night light feature and programable on/off setting are greatly appreciated. Thanks, Keurig for the free packs for this review.

I would give it 5 stars but the size of cup is limited only up to 10 onces other than that i love it and to those people that say they can't use older versions of k-cups check on youtube there's a way to use them do a little work
