I use this product everyday. It brews the freshest quickest coffee I have ever had. I wish I could use the favorite settings for the K-Kup packs not just the K-Karafe. The Karafe doesn't keep coffee hot for very long.

I use my Keurig everyday. I love mostly everything about it: hot coffee, programmable feature, and fun colors to display as well as a nightlight! However, I Was really disappointed when I learned that I could not use "My K-cup" with it to brew my own coffee. However, I have been buying k-cups through Keurig.com and do get great deals. I also wish that could brew a travel size cup of coffee. This option is only available when you brew a carafe. Overall, love this product and would recommend it. I love my Keurig 2.0 K550! I wake up every morning and brew myself one of my favorite K-Cups. I can also make a pot of coffee when family and friends are over. This model comes with a water filter for an even better taste experience. The touch screen has many features that allows you to set the clock, change the display color, alert you when the water filter needs changing, dispense hot water, and many more options! The only issue I have with this model is it only allows you to use Keurig K-Cups and Keurig-Carafe packs. Do not try to use another bran that says it is compatible with Keurig because the Keurig will not recognize it and will not brew that bran. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I love my new 2.0 Keurig! It is very user friendly to set up and make changes to settings. It brews quickly. I have had no problem finding exactly the right coffee type for me to use in this brewer!

I didn't think I would like/need a Keurig brewer. But when we received the 550, it was so nice to brew a cup in the morning and take it to work. We aren't huge coffee drinkers but because of our Keurig, we are drinking more coffee than we used to. It's simple to brew and nice you don't need to brew a whole 8-10 c. pot. Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review! :)

my older unit had more cup sizes and was able to use all forms of k-cups. not just theirs. I still have my old one setup at my bar. I use that one more. I think I wasted my money on this one.

I use by keurig everyday for hot chocolate and my favorite strawberry pomegranate drink the pros are that it brews quickly and you can pick different settings.the cons are that tall cups don't fit so you have to pull the maker to the edge of the counter and hold the cup Thank you for the 2 free packs for doing this review
