i use my brewer everyday twice a day. it is probably my best investment i have made. i love that the brewer, it is fast to make a good cup of coffee. the brewer also very easy to clean and maintain . the brew also great in many more ways like how it will let you brew a cup of coffee to brewing a whole pot if you need to, and how it has all the different settings you can choice from like the light color in the thank or the many screen savors. i have no complaints with this system at all. thank you keurig for the free pack with my review.

We LOVE our new 2.0 Keurig! We had another brand before because it was fast but the 2.0 Keurig 550 'smokes' the old one! It's so versatile that each one of my family members get to fix their own flavor of coffee or tea so everyone is HAPPY! Must use the new 2.0 K-cups but it's not a big deal for us. Too much whiz and not enought bang

Every morning and afternoon coffee drinker, my turvis doesn't fit under it, and I cat make a 12oz coffee. Love keurig, very hart broken by this machine. Wish I could return it.

Some of the kcarafe packs don't drip right and you end of with coffee grounds. It's too bad it doesn't brew a slightly bigger pot..

The first machine we had started to clog up after the first week, after we cleaned the needle out to get it working again it would clog again about every other cup we made. After a week of messing with it we returned it for another one. We love this one and no trouble from it. Some people say that the strong button when brewing doesn't make much of a difference but I really think it does, specially when brewing a 10 oz cup. The different color light are a nice touch along with the screens to pick from. Nice big tank 80 oz I think. Brews a little slower then our last machine but not by much. It's nice to be able to brew a pot when company comes over. Over all we really like it. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for the review.

This is my first Keurig purchase ever and first coffee maker period. let me tell you I have researched countless hours and read many reviews good and bad and I took a chance on this one, and let me tell you there is a lot to love about the Keurig 2.0. You can customize the display screen, you can make a carafe of coffee, which is one of my favorite features. This model has another awesome feature of scheduling a carafe...nothing like waking up to a fresh brewed pot of coffee! It has auto features like auto shutoff, auto wake. The water reservoir is easy to fill, with a flip of the lid. Now for the challenges... If you want hot water, it only dispenses 6 oz at a time and you have to hold the button down, which can be a pain for a cup of tea. Or coca. The biggest challenge, and possible deal breaker for some is the 2.0 k cup. If you try to pop an off-brand or even older k-cup, you get an error message. And no coffee, however I heard if you are upgrading and you have old k-cups Keurig will replace them for Free. If you grind your own beans, you are out of luck until Keurig comes up with a cup to use. Over all, I enjoy the new Keurig, and it is light years better than the old model. This is a great machine for the office or home. As a first time owner of The Keurig 2.0 I found it very simple to set up and get started and very easy to operate. The water reservoir holds 80 oz. of water and the Easy-fill Flip-top reservoir lid makes it easy to fill up. It takes less than a minute for the water to heat up. I can brew from a 4 oz. single cup to a 30 oz. carafe. The Keurig 2.0 has a lot of great features, including an extra large 80 oz. water reservoir, a 2.8" color touch display, brewer maintenance alerts, strength control, illuminated water reservoir, customizable user interface wallpaper, hot water on-demand function, and programmable controls (auto on/off, auto brew K-Carafe, customizable clock, favorite settings, and night light with customizable color. I love the sleek design and modern technology of the Keurig 2.0. My favorite features are the auto on/off and the auto brew K-Carafe. I don't have to think about questioning myself whether or not I (or anyone else) remembered to turn the coffee machine off because I have it set to shut off automatically after it has been inactive for 15 minutes. I like that I can set the auto brew K-Carafe to start brewing at a certain time, I used this feature to start brewing a carafe at the same time I had my alarm set to wake me up in the morning so when I was ready so is the coffee. All I can say about all the bad reviews is you can't please everyone and someone is always going to have something negative to say about any product because there always going to be fault in any product you buy. I don't think there is a perfect product anywhere on the market. To each is own. If you cant afford the new K-cups don't buy it and don't drink it. I love the Keurig 2.0 K550 and I am a first time buyer of a Keurig or any coffee maker period. All I can say I am impressed and love it. I hope it will give me several years of good brewing coffee.
