Love my new Keurig 2.0

I use my Keurig everyday, starting with 4 cups Coffee in the morning, then 1-2 cups in the Afternoon, and tea at night. Great to use the carafe when entertaining. Love the different nightlight settings and wallpapers. I think it's very loud. Much louder than my older version. Also I have to rescale every two months. I do use filtered water from my refrigerator. I'm going to switch to bottled water and see if that makes a difference. I also do not like the fact it does not have a 12 oz water setting. Thanks to Keurig for sending me free coffee for writing this review.

Makes my morning simpler

We original had the Mini and while we liked it we wanted something more. When the 2.0 came out we were excited about several things: 1. touchscreen, 2. reservoir, 3. our travel mugs would fit!! We love the 2.0 and our only regret is that it does not automatically brew the coffee for us. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Request for review not well-timed

Thans Keurig for the free packs for this review. Unfortunately, I received the request to make a review the day after I gave a dinner party and my Keurig stopped working during coffee time. This already happened once before so I knew I'd need to run vinegar through to de-lime it. That's in process now. It will restore it to proper working order, but was not opportune. This is about my third or fourth Keurig machine and I really like all the options it has. However, one option is totally annoying. You have to continually hold down its button to get just hot water to come through. Why a machine this advanced has this liability is absurd, but the reason seems to be that Keurig is trying to protect its k-cup market by requiring their special markings for it to work properly. Keurig should realize this will only produce bad will toward them in the market. My suggesstion is they proved all buyers of these machines with updates that will correct this deficiency. I LOVE the coffee all the Keurig machines has produced and this one is no exception. I use it maybe once every 2-3 days and for parties which may be why it clogs up so quickly. This machine has lots of options, but you MUST use Keurigs brand cups or you're out of business. Hopefully, they'll correct this for current owners and in future models. I've consistently recommended Keurig to friends and will continue to do so in spite of its deficiencies.
