Best Christmas present ever

Very easy to use. I just wish the carafe was able to keep the coffee hot for a longer period of time.

Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Carafe Isn't Insulated

I enjoy coffee and teas at different times in the day. With all the choices I can have "Anything when ever I want." Also I like to show off my Keurig when guest drop by. They all seem to have fun trying different coffees.

I used to get up in the morning and make a pot of coffee. There was always coffee left over or I would polish it off. I was drinking way too much or wasting it by pouring it down the drain. We bought this off a shopping network as a Christmas present for us. What a wonderful buy it was. My man drinks decaff and I have the high test. lol . I love the fact that I can have the flavors I want and he's happy to have what he likes too. When my daughter visits, she's thrilled to have coffee with us, since she has a choice too. I also like that I can make the carafe size for when I have company. Versitility is something I always look for in a product. It also goes very nicely in my new kitchen. Kudos to you Keurig! Thanks for the free k-cup packs too.

Thanks Keurig for the free packs for the review. Awesome machine. Fast brewing better than old one. The only thing you can't use old k cups but Keurig will give u a coupon for the amt of cups that will not work. Also Keurig 2.0 doesn't have a temp regulator like the old one. I love the new caffe being able to pour more than one cup at A time.

First Keurig

We use our Keurig every morning. When we first got it, there was a plastic taste to our drinks. I called customer service and they sent out a new water reservoir (took a bit long to get, 2 weeks) but were very generous with 4 boxes of free coffee due to the lengthy shipment. Now that we have a new reservoir, the coffee is great! Wish that the hot water feature dispensed water on it's own without having to hold the button. Also would like to have it dispense more than 6 oz. This is our first keurig, so we don't have much to compare it to. Haven't tried cleaning it yet, so we will see how that goes......Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review!

Great Brewing System

I occasionally use my brewer for making a cup of coffee on an especially cold day. I had the previous generation Platinum model, and I handed that down to my parents. I definitely think Keurig improved the menus and user interface over the previous generation. One thing I noticed is that the time to warm up seems longer, and the brewing sound is slightly louder.
