The ease of use and clean up is great! I used to haul out the coffee maker and only did so when I really wanted a cup of coffee, because of the cumbersome nature of the whole process. Also, it was unattractive and I didn't want it on my counter. My Keurig looks great and gets used daily for coffee, tea or just a cup of hot water! Got it for Christmas from the kids (and daddy!) and have loved it. Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review!

I absolutely love my new Keurig 2.0. I have wanted one for years and finally bought one. I'm not an avid coffee drinker, but my roommate is and he loves it. I realized that it is useful for so many different drinks and now I use it usually 2-3 times a day. It makes some of the best apple cider, hot chocolate and teas hot or cold. It is definitely worth purchasing. My roommate loves the coffee and has quit using the coffee pot. It's simple to use, no mess and easy to clean. There is always hot water and it is ready in seconds. Really like it for the most part. Use it for hot chocolate, coffee and tea. Just wish it had the setting for water at 8oz. instead of 6 so could punch it once. Also for Contigo coffee cups that are covered, they hold 16oz. so would be nice to have a 12 and 14 oz setting for these type of on the go cups. Otherwise, Great Machine.

This is my 4th or 5th machine, i miss not being able to "brew" different sizes of just hot water without having to hold the button. I also miss not being able to brew loose leaf tea in the "baskets" I have for it because this will only use keurig products. and they do not make one. I do love the pot hopwever for making large batches of coffe and being able to choose my settings. So I guess give a little take a little but really only 6 oz of hot water and you have to stand there nad hold the button it erks me. Any way "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review." that helps a little.
