Not what I thought it would be

We bought this to utilize the carafe feature but there haven't been enough choices available to purchase. The coffee doesn't get hot enough and there machine doesn't auto shut off unless you close the top. I also don't like the idea that I have to buy all my coffee from Keurig at a higher price and can't use the generic brands. "Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review"

I received the Keurig 2.0 550 as part of the Keurig Choice program. So far we are very happy with our coffee maker. It's sleek, brews fast, and the extra large tank is a bonus. I really love the instant hot water dispenser. Even the kids are pro's at getting hot water for their cocoa. I also love that I can make a full pot for family dinners. I do wish the carafe cups came in other flavors. We don't really have use for the auto brew, or the night light, bu I can see how that would appeal to many people. The one drawback is the coffee doesn't stay hot long enough. I've learned that I can run the cold mug under warm water and it does last a bit longer, but it would be nice if the water came out a bit hotter. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!

I don't like having to hold the button for hot waster, the amount of water dispensed is unreliable. Grandkids love it for hot cider and chocolate.

Product easy to use daily, but does not heat to a high temperature as single cup model or older Keurig Models - so have to reheat to have at a piping hot temperature.

I use my brewer several times a day. I love the variety of K Cups available in the market and online at Keurig.com. Great features of the K550 model that are not available with the other models are color customization and a larger water tank. Overall I am highly satisfied with my brewer and recommend it to everyone. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Every morning I make myself a wonderful cup of coffee. I love the Vanilla Caramel (Green Mountain) and on some mornings I love being able to throw a Vue Latte Creations Pack in and making myself a wonderful steamy latte! Way cheaper than coffee shops and easier too!

Much easier and cheaper than any coffee shop and I love that I can use both KCups and Vue cups in my 2.0 to create delicious lattes!!
