This is my first Keurig, I like it's style, a large water tank, a touchscreen menu. This is a really nice looking and working top notch machine and I do not like some awkward restrictions: First of all, I do not really like (and nobody likes) holding the button for hot water, the appliance with $$$ price tag has to have more easier way to operate. This expensive coffeemaker must be CONVENIENT to use. Same thing with with K-cups color coding. Personally, I have not had any problems with that restriction, but .... I paid full, not subside price, and I want to be able to put everything, even a tea bag in that coffee maker on my own risk and taste. It would be nice if the coffeemaker just said that it recommended using the genuine K-Cups for the best results without complete banning generic cups. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

This brewer is excellent. There are several coffee drinkers in the house and we love that we can use the different settings to get a perfect cup. I also llike the carafe option as it is nice for multiple people. Thank you Keurig for the free packs for this review!!

I use this product everyday for my morning cup of coffee. It is user friendly and easy to use. What is great about it is the many different kinds of K cups you can choose from. Coffee is ready is minutes.

Overall this Is a well put together machine. The only downside is that you can only use Keurig brand k cups unlike the other models where you can use any brand. I would definitely buy another one. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

My husband and I were making a pot of coffee each day that would suit both of us. Now, we can choose what we want, and we don't waste leftover coffee like before. It's much more convenient, fast, and efficient for one person We can have just the right amount of coffee. I love all the variety of drinks we can make, too. So far, I have no complaints at all.

Love My Brewer

I use it several times a day and my children use it also. It is nice and safe for them to brew hot chocolate for themselves. I like not having to fill the water tank up every day. I like the different settings and strength of coffee. I wish the carafe kept the coffee warm but that is my only complaint. Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

New system has a few shortcomings

I make a large cup, or two small ones, every day. I like the convenience of the system, but prefer the interface of the Cusinart. I don't like having to baby-sit each cup so I can change the brew size. The default can't be changed. I would like to have the 12 oz. Option so it will fill an 8 oz cup.
