Gift that keeps on giving

I gave myself the Keurig for Christmas. My wife wasn't totally sold on the idea, but has since changed her mind. We enjoy selecting our individual flavor of coffee several times a day, as Keurig brews it quickly. The operational instructions within the unit and additional written materials are so easy to understand. My only disappointment is the carafe that came with our Keurig. It does not keep the coffee hot. Let's not forget all the perks, "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

I really like the design and brew options. I really wish there was a My K-cup option so I could use some specialty coffee I like.

I use the product everyday for coffee,hot chocolate,and my favorite strawberry pomegranate drink I love that I can choose what size cup I want to make and it brews quick.One thing I don't like is that if you use a large cup it won't fit so you have to bring it to the edge of the counter and hold the cup

Great products but only Keurig KCups

This Keurig is great, although as many know you can only use their brand of KCups, which is pretty limiting. There are a bunch of great flavors created by other retailers that I can't access anymore. Nonetheless, I like the touch screen and big water reservoir, as well as the special settings for things like tea or hot cocoa. :) Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

It seems impossible but the new 2.0 brewer makes even better coffee than our older Keurigs We've had several and the new one is the best of all. And it's quieter! And has a wonderful design!

Love my new K550

I got my new Keurig 2.0 K550 in December and so far have really enjoy just about everything about it. the only problem so far was that I was not able to brew my old K-cups, but Keurig did send me coupons as promised to replace my old K-cups with new ones that were compatible with my new machine. I would recommend this machine!

We use it everyday and love it. if only the water reservoir was bigger so we didn't have to fill it everyday after using the carafe. Other then that it is perfect!!!!
