Thanks, Keurig for the free packs for this review! I was not an everyday drinker until my kids got me this brewer for Christmas. So easy to use and I love all the different drinks that are available. I never get bored drinking the same think everyday. Not only is brewing a cup of coffee the first thing I do every morning but I use my brewer all day long. This winter is so cold, a cup of hot chocolate is a perfect way to end the day

We use the K550 several time a day to brew coffee and tea. It is great to get the same taste out of every cup we brew. there is no guessing on how much coffee or tea to brew the K-cups are perfect.

I really like the carafe because it allows me to make coffee just once in the morning so I don't have to come back and put in another pod. It's already brewed.

I had hoped for a better product

It's the top of the line and they don't even care enough about the quality of the coffee flavor as to include a water filter??? I saved for 3 months to buy this. And now you have to spend more money, shipping just to filter the water. Not cool for the price I paid. Be careful not to let it splatter on you! And of course you have to wipe the machine down due to the splattering issue. Just being honest. "Disclosure: Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."
