I find this coffeemaker just precious. So simple to understand because it spells it out for you. I thought it was going to be complicated and I couldn't be more wrong. Beautiful to look at and makes a great cup of coffee with a lot less noise than most. Keurig is great except that I can no longer go out for a meal and get coffee because now they all taste at least an hour old. Keurig just plain spoils you and I find it hard to believe that I can't go out and find coffee that tastes as fresh as my personal brewer. It literally means that I never knew what a good cup of coffee tasted like until now with the Keurig brewers. I brew coffee for work an put it in a thermos and it still tastes like fresh brewed coffee. Has me totally spoiled. Unless Keurig comes out with another brewer above the K550, I intend on getting another one so I know I'll never be without a good replacement. That's how great this brewer is as far as I'm concerned. Great coffee equals Keurig Brewers. It's just that simple.

love the choice of sizes and strength. perfect temp and flavor! easy to use. love the colored lights and wallpaper-nice added feature. had the platinum for about 5 years it recently stopped working so thought it was a good time to upgrade.

Bought to replace our older Keurig. Not happy with the limited cup size. Ten (10) ounces is about a half mug. No ability to set temperature for coffee that I enjoy piping hot.
Cons: Limited To 10 Oz Fill, Temp Not Hot Enough

We use our 2.0 for home use, and totally love it, easy to use, and makes a great cup of coffee every time. Yes, I admit it can be a little costly but worth every penny, and Keurig customer service is fantastic when we have had a few issues.

I'll start by quickly dismissing it's con, Yes you can't brew non Keurig K-cups. However the need to do this is not there for me, with all the hundreds of K-cups you can use why dwell on the ones you can't. it's a great machine, I've used a Keurig machine for about 3+ years now and let me tell you it's fantastic. I've have issues with machines before but they are machines they come with issues sometimes, something easily fixed with Keurig customer service they also are fantastic. So do yourself a favor if you want great fast coffee get a Keurig, I always find new coffee to try it never gets old. I'm in no way affiliated with Keurig, just a coffee lover expressing how this machine is exceptional. Thank you for reading.
Pros: Modern, Lightning Fast, Simplicity
Cons: Limitations On K-cups

I bought the 2.0 550 from Costco. Costco calls it the 560 because it comes with lots of extras. I have seen various comments saying that this system doesn't allow you to choose the hot water size or that you have to hold the button down to get hot water. These are NOT true for the new systems. I can choose whatever size hot water I'd like and it dispenses with one touch of a button - no holding. It is so easy to use. I haven't tried the carafe yet because we all like different types of coffee. I love the easy refill lid - no more pulling the whole top off to refill it. And my system came with cleaning tool and the filter. The only negative I can see is that it is a bit loud. Not horrible, but my other machine was much quieter. It is light weight and where some saw that as bad, I say it is good. Makes it easier to move to the back of the counter when cleaning the kitchen or when not in use. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a good system with lots of variety.
Pros: Fast Brews, Choosing Drink Size, Various Hot Water Sizes, Strong Setting, Easy to use
Cons: Louder Than My Old One
