This is my third upgrade and it is by far the best in my opinion. Its easy to use and it has so many features! I'm a gadget queen so i would recommend this machine to everyone! And thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

The Keurig 2.0 allows my very traditional coffee drinking husband and I to have the best of both worlds. He loves "a pot of coffee" so the carafe is perfect for him. I like variety of a different cup - coffee or hot cocoa. Best of both worlds!

Every night when I walk in the door the first thing I do is place a k-cup in my Keurig, put my mug in place, push the brew button and go change into my comfy clothes and enjoy the best cup of coffee ever. I never thought I would use it as much as I do, but I use it everyday.

I was given a keurig for christmas and 2 months later there hasnt been a day that i havent used it. Their website has a lot of choices to choose from. Takes less than 30 seconds to make a cup! no more waiting on line at a coffee shop. Thanks, keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Buyer beware...great coffee..but...

great coffee available in the K cups, but limited choices on the Karafe packs is light roast. Doesn't come with the carbon filter, unless you get the 600 series. Added expense of $16.00. The Carafe that comes with the unit, doesn't keep coffee hot, therefore I am buying the stainless steel pot online...Keurig did help with coupons, to bring the price down. ($29.00 original price) Yet another addition to the price. K cups are not biodegradable. Keurig will work on that and hopes to have that available by 2020...Really that long!! Also can't use the reusable/refillable K cups. (environmentally friendly) While I appreciate the vast wide variety of options available in the K cups, I am also concerned with the environment, and want the option to recycle. The Kuerig 2.0 and above, prevents that. So if you are environmentally conscious, stay away from the Kuerig 2.0 technology. Keurig will replace any K cup packs that claim to work with any Keurig brew system. Thank you for that. THANKS KEURIG FOR GIVING ME FREE BOXES FOR TAKING THE SURVEY AND GIVING MY HONEST OPINION/EVALUATION

Love my Keurig!

I've been wanting a Keurig for years, and I'm so glad I waited and got the 2.0 model. What started out as a Christmas gift for me turned into something that my entire family loves. My 13 year old can make hot cider and cocoa for herself and her little brother in about 2 minutes. The hubby and I make all the coffeehouse drinks we love at a fraction on the cost. The 550 model has an awesome design and I turned the reservoir light red to match my kitchen decor (red apples anyone?). Overall I love this machine and so does my family. I honestly haven't found a con yet. Sure you have to clean it, but what appliance doesn't need to be cleaned? I really like the k cup variety, there's something for each member of my family. I haven't used the carafe yet, but only because the hubby and I have different coffee tastes. Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Great product. Had lots of friends tell me to stay away from the new 2.0 because they don't except all brands, but I've had no issue finding Kcups from low priced(store brand) options to the most expensive name brands. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
