The Keurig K550 Brewing System is great, no waste, easy to clean, brews a perfect cup of coffee. My only complaint is for the price you pay for this unit the "Water Filter" is an accessory.

Great design, very easy to use. No inherent problems with the brewer but I inadvertently closed the lid on a used K-Cup and blocked the system briefly. Finally figured out what had happened and I flushed it out using the handy hot water delivery feature on the brewer. No problems since. Only other comment is that not all K-Cups that say they are compatible with Keurig are actually compatible with Keurig 2.0. Labels on the coffee boxes usually do not indicate which Keurig model they work with. I had to return several boxes of coffee for this reason. It would be nice to know ahead of time which products are compatible with 2.0. Checking what is offered at the Keurig web site helps. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Cons: None so far, Tray Tends To Scratch

After being a Keurig holdout for many years, my husband bought the 2.0 for me for Christmas this year. I have enjoyed it much more than I ever thought I would, and will not go back to the old way of brewing coffee. Our boys love it too for the vitamin drinks and hot cocoa they can brew themselves. We use it several times every day. We've even made a call to customer service already, and the operator was extremely helpful and kind. These honest opinions are 100% mine. 2.0 not the Greatest

I purchased my 2.0 back in Nov 2014 after all the hype about it. I found that once I received it, the coffee is not near as hot as my old machine. The 2.0 takes way too long to brew a 10 oz cup (approximately 2 min) And the time it takes for a carafe??? Way too long. The carafe provided does not keep the coffee warm for any length of time. Now I will have to purchase an insulated carafe just to keep the coffee warm. SAW US KEURIGS USERS COMING and thought they would use this opportunity to stick it to us. In regards to the carafe, the carafe packs variety, well, there is none. Need more variety. I would love to make a carafe of Barista Prima coffee or Lavazza Perfecto. I did my research regarding the old packs vs the new ones, but still disappointed that I have to rig the old packs to work. I only buy from Keurig.com so something should be done to fix that issue. All in all, I think the 2.0 is NOT the greatest machine. Should have saved my money and continued to use my old machine. One shining light is all the free packs you receive when you purchase the unit. So thanks Keurig for all the free packs of coffee.

We have been Keurig users since the beginning and we love it, however, the new series is very classy but I believe it will under go a few changes in future. Would like tohave option to brew 16-18oz, diff. Temps,. Do not like the auto on off feature, the older models had much user friendly on off and heated much quicker. As a result we leave ours on all day long, ? How much electricity we waste???all this being said, we will continue to be Keurig users and will look forward to future changes. Thank you

This is the best I have had yet. I always upgrade because it is something I use everyday. The only thing that stinks is you cant use your coffee and you have to use the keurig brand cups. Over all love it and love I can make a kraft.

I used to only drink coffee at work. I just didn't want to make a pot at home for just me, and wasn't interested in other single-serve brew methods out there. The Keurig has been a wonderful addition. The option to brew a strong cup is great. The hot water option is also very useful. I been using it for two months now and haven't had any troubles at all. Love trying new varieties of coffee! (It's like a toy for grown-ups.) Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
