I use my Keurig 2.0 for a little bit of everything. Coffee, teas and even to cook. Makes making instant rice even easier. Any time I need super hot water for anything I go to my 2.0 and BAM! it's there. If only you didn't have to hold the hot water button down the entire time and the carafe was a teeny bit bigger it'd be beyond perfect. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!

Received my Keurig K550 as a Christmas gift and I really enjoy making my coffe everyday. I owned a different brand using cups but the quality is not comparable with the Keurig 2.0. The only down side, is that after using it for almost 2 months now, is getting louder.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Stylish, Large Pot, Easy to clean
Cons: Loud

The first 2.0 I purchased didn't last a week which was making me rethink getting the same one since the reviews were iffy. During Thankgiving dinner it stopped brewing. That was convenient. I returned it to the store who exchanged it no questions asked. I'm pleased to report the replacement one has worked perfectly. I like the colored light options and the background wallpaper. My only wishes would be for a 12 oz cup selection and the ability to select your brew temperature. Other than that it's a great machine with a more stylish look than previous models. Great Machine

Never had a single-serve coffee maker before and wasn't sure how well we'd like it--bought it, use it every day, love it! We use this coffee maker eery day and really like how convenient it is to brew just one cup in the evening. Saturday mornings are when we enjoy a carafe of coffee.

We absolutely love our Keurig, what a great way to have a quick cup of coffee in the morning before heading to work or maybe enjoying a cup in the evening with a bagel. Bye-bye to the old Mr. Coffee maker, remembering to measure the coffee and add the right amount of water is a thing of the past for me. We absolutely love our Keurig 2.0 and have recommeded it to our friends!!!

Use mainly for single cups of coffee but like the carafe feature when having friends over. Main problem is when dispensing hot water only. Do not always get a full cup and have to run a couple of cycles.
