The 80oz water reservoir is wonderful

I wanted the largest water reservoir available and this is it. Heats up faster than my old machine. I like the button to make a cup of coffee stronger than normal, but I am not sure what it does different. I was excited that it has a timer with auto on so it is warmed up and ready to go, but the clock doesn't work correctly-adds one minute everyday-so the timer is useless. I reset the clock multiple times and let it go up to 30 minutes fast and it still does not work. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review

It's a love, hate relationship

So disappointed this brewer doesn't work with all K-cups. I still end up buying k-cups in the store that won't work. Bad move by Keurig. I found a way to bypass this which makes it so much easier to find the coffee brands I like. Coffee filter holder is really cheap/weak plastic. Broke it on day one. I filter my water anyways before filling the tank so I just leave the filter out completely. I would probably recommend the prior model over this one.

makes me miss my platinum brewer

This is my third Keurig brewer, I had to platinum brewers before which I wore out. I use a gallon jug of distilled water per day drinking coffee, so when I purchased the most expensive new 2.0, i thought I was getting the best of the best....but I am very disappointed that I am unable to use my kcup to drink some of my favorite coffee's which are ones that are not available in kcups such as cherry seville....I have learned that the most expensive doesn't make it a better brewer...

Cons: Loud, HARD TO CLEAN, Limited Features, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

We have three keurigs left-just gave one to our daughter. I have one large size for travel when more than one person is on our trip. I have a mini for travel by myself and at min office. I just bought the newer model with the carafe--great feature. Just wish it had a 16 oz size, Great customer service too.

This product is "almost there" for a reliable everyday brewer. It has a few flaws that should be easy to correct - I have called Customer Service about six times! Most have to do with the electronics/design of the new carafe pods and their operation. Otherwise, an improvement over previous Keurig brewers, and very easy to use...good beverages too!

This is a great brewer not only for coffee, but for tea, hot chocolate, larger quantities of coffee, and when I need hot water. My husband who at first thought of it as just a frivolous purchase, now uses it every day for tea and hot chocolate! He is not a coffee drinker, but somehow finds a reason to use it as often as I do!
