Great when not clogged

Really like this machine. The only complaint is that after using it for just over a month, it has clogged up 3 times. We were preparing to return it but found helpful youtube videos and were able to figure out how to unclog by turning the machine upside down and using a paperclip. Unclogging is a periodic nuisance now that I can live with and otherwise I really like this brewer.
Pros: Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Brews quickly, Easy to clean
Cons: Loud

Our Keurig is a family necessity from my children making their own cup of hot chocolate and flavored teas to my husband brewing his daily cup of coffee. I personally don't drink coffee but drink tea. Keurig has a variety of teas with great flavors. Love it!!

I use the k cups daily and the carafe on weekends. I like the versatility both options offer. In a perfect world the carafe would be sturdier and keep coffee warm longer. I do wish I could use a basket adapter for coffees that are not in k cups. All in all still love the machine.
