I use the product daily, easy to have a small or large cup any time of the day or night. I enjoy trying different flavors and the kids enjoy the hot chocolate. Setting the timer allows me to have a hot cup first thing in the morning.

Cons: Non Insulated Crafe, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

I just love the versatility of this coffee maker..I use my Keurig 2.0 mornings,afternoons, and nights! ..coffee for breakfast...iced tea for lunch ....and a hot cocoa before bed!..love the option of one cup or a carafe ....looking forward to the new products coming to further enhance the versatility of this ultimate beverage maker!... Make one cup each morning to walk the dog. Because it's quick, it's done will getting the dog ready for the walk. Then another after the dog is walked. My mother-in-law always made a pot of coffee and drank just one cup. Now she makes just the one cup. Saves money by not brewing too much. Wish we purchased it long ago. I start and end my day with coffee. I sip a cup of tea/coffee or hot chocolate/cider late morning and again mid day. So I do enjoy the variety of K Kups that are available. I have tried MANY. The accent color is red in my kitchen, so I have the red light setting set on my coffee maker. It's a nice touch in the kitchen at night. I had the original Keurig (single cup) and did not think we would utilize the Keurig 2. I was a pleasant surprise to see the improvements on the newer model. A disavantage is one can only get 6 oz of hot water out at a time - unless we can figure out how to get more ( we did). Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this reveiw! Bob Ford

Need a bigger carafe.

We use this product to make coffee, tea and hot chocolate on a daily basis. It is simple enough to use. I have never used the carafe because it is not big enough for larger family events. I would like a 10-12 cap carafe. The 4 cup is useless. We used to purchase fair trade coffee to help disadvantaged producers. We were able to utilize reuseable cups on our previous Keurig. I do not like that you cannot use a reuseable cup with this model. And I didn't like the fact that my previously purchased K-cups did not work with the unit.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Simple to Use, Brews quickly
Cons: Carafe Capacity Too Small, Old K-cups Didn't Work, Small Pot, Long Brew Time
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
