Disappointed in K550

Disappointed in the new K550. Replaced my older unit for the new model. The machine drips water when not being used. It's load when making coffee and the largest size I have been able to brew with regular K-cup is 8oz. Old machine would brew 11.5oz. Taking it back for refund tomorrow.
Pros: Large Pot, Stylish
Cons: Loud, Long Brew Time

Cheap materials & design

I have always loved the Keurig brewers, but this 2.0 verison is cheaply made, doesn't brew the specified ounces and the needle plugs all the time...have to take it apart all the time to try to clear it out. I really want to get rid of this one and get a better one, but they all look like they are made the same. PLEASE go back to previous better brewers!
Cons: Small Portions Or Too Big, Make With Cheap Materials, Long Brew Time, Loud, Needle Plugs W Grounds

Worst coffee maker I ever bought

Bought this brewer breaks after 1 week. Do not buy this product. Getting error Water under pressure. Had this brewer less then a week Customer service at keurig will hang up on you when you complain. I will be returning my brewer. After I call back to try and get my brewer fixed the recommend that I try the steps I all ready tried. Worst company ever.

Excellent and responsible company

My old coffe maker boke down just after a year. I was ready to buy a new one and looking for a different product. Called Keurig Company and in a friendly way asked for my serial number. Sent a replacement coffee maker without any hassle. My conclusion: A company that stand and back their product and their customers. Going to be a loyal customer from now on, for all may coffee solutions

Complained on the phone about it being so noisy and was told there was nothing they could do about that so send it back and for me to pay the postage and that was it. It quit working completely a couple of days later and can't get a response from them from my emails. At least at a store I could take it back for a refund. Super bad experience

K500 Much better than K450

We purchased the K450 and were slightly disappointed due to only being able to brew a 10 oz. cup and the coffee was not as hot as we like. Also, found that the clock would not keep time. This was a problem since I had it set to preheat so the coffee maker was ready when I got up for work. Called Keurig and they sent me a replacement K500 and we absolutely love it. It brews hotter and allows us to brew 12 oz cups. So far, so good. I no longer feel disappointed with my decision to go with Keurig.

Works like a charm, I drink a 14 oz. cup of coffee, my wife an 8 oz. size, the touch screen makes it a breeze. Hot water for tea or Thera-Flu is quick and easy. The flip lid on the water tank makes refill easy. The touch screen makes it a breeze to customize the standard brew you want to use most all of the time, and alter it, if you need.
