Love the flexibility

We really like that this product allows us to individually choose what coffee's we want to drink. I do wish that the control for hot water also gave cup options and you did not have to hold the button down for hot water. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!

Love the design and the nightlight was an unexpected feature. Wish there was a control for coffee temperature and a way to turn off the machine without having to wait 15 minutes for it to shut itself automatically. Very much appreciated free replacement of coffee pods that I could not use in this machine. Overall I am very happy with this coffee maker.

The touch screen makes it easy to use. And the night light modes are great too for dark rooms. And the coffee comes out great and u can make it stronger also. Overall A grade machine only bad parts u can't use off brand pods and can't use ground coffee

While it does exactly what I purchased it for, which is to deliver a great cup of fresh, hot coffee whenever I wanted one, I am disappointed by the restrictions placed on the coffee I can use with the new 2.0 upgrade. I feel it is bad business practice for Keurig to limit the type/brand of coffee I use to only certain brands and to not let me use the special blend of coffee I've used for years in my own K-cups. Otherwise, the machine works well and I love the convenience.
