Two Weeks In, And I'm Very Happy

We purchased our Keurig 550 about two weeks ago. It was incredibly simple to set up, and we were brewing in no time. I've found it much easier to make a quick cup of coffee in the morning while rushing to get out the door, or else come in from the cold and have a hot beverage in no time flat. This is our first single-serving brewer, and it has quickly made us converts! Plus my coffee order from the website was delivered much faster than I had expected, which was a wonderful surprise. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Love my Keurig 2.0 (K550); still learning but the support has been great. I miss not being able to use my own coffee, but who am I kidding… it's way more convenient and lest mess to just use the K-Cup. (A lot of different kinds out there. ) Thanks , Keurig, for the free packs for this review. Also, thanks for the free boxes of K-cup when I register my K550 and the promotions view the e-mail. I went out and bought a second one for Mothers Day. (Do tell her, It's a surprise…)

This is great but I find the amount it pours put is inconsistant. I do 8oz and each cup after the first is always less. besides that it great. The coffee is consistant and yummy!

I got this product and was not sure that I would like it because it is so big but I am in love. It is super easy to set up and to use. I love the fact that it can be programmed so my coffee is ready when I wake up and the size of the tank is awesome. This machine is good for regular and casual coffee drinkers.

Love the stylish design and carafe option of this brewer. Wish hot water setting dispensed more water. Brews louder than older models and drips water out even after cup is completely brewed. Also manual say that any K-cup with the black round Keurig label will work in brewer and this is not the case. However, after I called Keurig about issue they did give me a coupon for a free box of K-cups and told me what to look for on compatible K-cups. I was happy to see Keurig has such great customer service! Overall, happy with my brewer and would never go back to a regular coffee pot again. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

A little complicated but once I figured it all out it was great. I use it every day. The coffee is more expensive but I only brew what I want so I'm throwing less away. I was irritated that some of the k-cups I bought weren't compatible with the machine even though it said Keurig on the box. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Great tasting coffee

We have a reverse osmosis water filter system. WE called Cust. Service in September 2014 to find out how to unplug the clogged new machine. It is always plugging up. We had a party today. I had trouble serving any brewed drink. Sad case.
