I went from a Keurig Vue to the 2.0 K550. I love the fact that I can use both K-cup & Vue cups. The nightlight is great because I dont have to turn lights on at night to fix a cup of hot chocolate or tea. The only thing I have noticed is with the needle. If you forget to take the pod out the needle seems to get clogged easier and I didn't have that problem with the Vue. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Cons: Can't Use Off Brand Coffe, Can't Use Own Coffee

I was a little confusing to learn how it works but once I got used to it I love it. The coffee is more expensive but I only brew what I want so I'm throwing less away. I was disappointed to find that some of the k-cups I bought weren't compatible even though they specifically said Keurig on the box. That was totally wasted $$.
Pros: Easy to clean, Durable, Stylish, Large Pot, Multiple Settings, Brews quickly
Cons: A Little Confusing, Coffee Is More Expensive

My daughter has a Keurig and I have used hers quite often. I loved I how nice it was to have a fresh cup of coffee everytime. So when my children asked me what I wanted for Christmas this year I said "a Keurig", without any hesitation.I only get to use my Keurig on the weekends so I really look forward to the weekends and my special cups of coffee. The Donut House coffee is awesome! I love it! I love the ease of use, you pop in a k-cup, pick your cup size, and hit the button to start the brewing process. How easy is that! I also like the lights on the system since they make a very nice night light in my kitchen. I LOVE my Keuring!

I love my Keurig 2.0 K550 machine!

I bought the Keurig 2.0 as an early Christmas present. We have very hard water and our old coffe maker was so corroded it took over an hour to brew one pot! Plus, my husband insisted on brewing a full pot even if he was the only one drinking it, then he would just reheat the leftovers 2-3 days later...gross! That's what i like about the 2.0...we can brew a carafe if we are both drinking coffee, or we can brew single cups of our favorite flavor. I did a lot of research before buying the 2.0 and i must say i have not had an issue with any k-cups i have bought so far not working in this machine. I have bought coffee at my local grocery store, big chain stores and online through Keurig and all of them brew perfectly. I hope this review helps anyone who may be thinking of buying a Keurig...i love it! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!

We love the great full flavor of the k cups on this model, our last model had a watered down flavor. We absolutely love the carafe option. The auto brew timer is a real help in the morning as is the auto warm of the water at 6:15 am. The only thing that is a little disappointing is that the water takes a long time to warm up.
