Not bad, but not great either...

I received this as a Christmas gift and it has quit brewing twice. We called customer service, who was helpful, and it fixed the problem but it happened again a few days later. Takes at least 10 minutes to clear up and who has time for that when you are rushing out the door in the morning? Seems like a lot of hassle for a cup of coffee. I had the B model and it was great. I had hot water, tea, coffee, even hot chocolate and I didn't have to have Keurig k-cups. It quit brewing and we thought this model would be better. I prefer my older model much more. I can't brew a cup with my reusable holders and coffee, and I have trouble if I just brew a cup of tea because I have to hold the button down for at least three times to fill the cup with hot water. Yes you can just buy k-cups with tea, but I drink a lot of tea and it isn't cost effective. Holds a great amount of water, but I don't think it's lived up to all the hype.
Pros: Large Pot, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Easy to clean, Brews quickly
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Until the Kuerig I seldom drank coffee as brewing a pot was a waste, guaranteed. Now, one in the morning most days sometimes in the afternoon or evening as well. I have thoroughly enjoyed my new Kuerig 2.0, especially like the fact that I can choose different flavors by the cup. I highly recommend this product as it will provide hot water with a push of a button no more heating tea kettle for hot water for tea or cocoa. Thus far no complaints or cons about this fine product. I have shared my views with many and highly recommend that one does consider or reconsider purchasing the Kuerig 2.0 as my husband also likes that he can easily brew on his own hassle free, easy clean up after himself cup or pot of coffee.

We have been using Keurig coffee makers since they came on the scene. After having tried other coffee makers prior to Keurig there is no comparison. From the stylish appearance to the actual mechanism none other compare. As always, there is always room for improvement, but with Keurig it's minimum.
