I love this brewer. I replaced an older model that was no longer working. I couldn't have made any different of a choice. Love the payment option. The only dislike is that I can not use some of my favorite Kcups because this brewer is not compatible to them. Other than that everything is great. This was my first Keurig and I am really pleased. There are so many different types and flavors of coffee to choose from. I have had no trouble with my Keurig. It has performed well. No more wasting a whole pot of coffee and I don't have to set a timer on it every day, so I can have my coffee ready. It takes less than a minute to brew and its nice and hot. There is a night light on it, which puts a beautiful ambiance in my kitchen at night. I also like the choice of being able to choose a cup or a pot of coffee.
