I use my Keruig at least 3-4 times a day if not more. I enjoy all different types of Tea & Coffee. I love that I can make my delicious Chai Latte everyday. I only wish it would stay hotter, longer. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Love my new Keurig

I never thought I would like owning a Keurig because i like a pot of coffee in the morning but with the new carafe I can brew 3-4 cups at a time. I love the Green mountian breakfast blend. My only complaint is the coffee doesnt stay very hot in the carafe. I am glad I bought the 2.0.

This is my first Keurig and I am not disappointed. Makes a good cup of coffee in very little time. Only issues were that the cleaning process should have been noted as a absolute requirement to prevent plugging. The product does seem a little flimsy with plastic parts but no issues to date so overall I am very happy with my purchase to date. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

this machine is fast, brew great cup of coffee, would like to brew a 16 ounces to 20ounces option!!! not to happy about the" OOPS " that appears on the screen if the kcup doesn't have the keurig label!! they need to fix it!!!

This is a nice coffee maker but I wish it brewed a cup of plain hot water faster. I really like how it brews the pots of coffee. Makes it nice for filling a thermos to go.,

I purchased this new current 2.0 to replace my old system. I was concerned that it required the new 2.0 K-Cups, but after using it I discovered that did not pose a problem. Nearly all of the K-Cups that I purchase now offer the 2.0 cups, especially the Kirkland brand coffee. I also purchased a 2.0 Keurig for my father-in-law for Christmas. He experienced the needles plugging up and returned it for a replacement. I have not experienced that as of yet. I appreciate the new digital display for clock, lights, and cup sizes. If I had any advice to improve the unit, I would suggest creating a separate button for water and cleaning only. Currently, when I remove any used K-Cup and don't insert a new cup it automatically goes to water mode and I have to cancel it. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
