Love the 2.0 but wish the carafe would keep the coffee hot. I do run the cups twice I run it once on a 4-5 and then a second time on a 2-3 to get the most coffee from the cup. It works great

2.0 offers new flexibility

The added flexibility if being able to brew a pot instead of a cup without having to swap out anything on the machine is great. The programming screen is easy to read and set up is simple. It is too bad that the pot is not insulated as it does not hold coffee hot for that long. The brewer is noisy when it is running, making a thumping sound. Overall it is a great first purchase or an upgrade for someone whose current Keurig is getting on in age. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Love my machine.

I got my K550 as a Christmas gift to upgrade from my Elite. It is a rare day that I am not using my K550. I love it. It brews fast and being able to make a carafe was a huge selling point. One down side is that the carafe that comes with the machine does not keep warm for long. I also like to make tea, but the machine will only do 6 ounces of hot water at a time and my cups are way bigger than 6 ounces. :) It has saved me a ton of money because I no longer feel the ned to go buy coffee from caribou or starbucks all the time.

I like that I can brew several cups in the carafe in the morning or make special blends using the Kkups at other times. I like the convenience of the autobrew and the hot water feature for instant cocoa or tea. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Went through 2 of the earlier design and never had a problem. Went through 2 of the 2.0 brewers in 2 months. They both stopped pumping water. Went through all the troubleshooting tips in the manual and nothing worked. Called customer service and got no solutions. Will never buy another Keurig brewer until they come up with something much better than the 2.0 system. Still love the coffee selections and order on a regular basis.

We bought the stainless steel carafe and now the coffee stays hot in the carafe. We like the versatility of either the k cups or carafe cups. Looking forward to more bold carafe coffee availability but love the k cup choices. Big improvement from our Tassimo.
