Awesome Machine!!!! I hadn't had my other Keurig very long, before this new model came out. Once I saw it, I passed the other Keurig onto my daughter, so I could purchase this model. This machine is one of my favorite items in my entire home. It allows you to make a carafe if you have several people having coffee, it has cool light up color LCD screen, and nightlight. Mode for just hot water, and so many other features. I can't think of anything negative to say about this wonderful product. If you're still reading this I'm confused, because you should be out buying your machine right now. Go on, stop stalling, and start brewing!!!!!!!

Bought this brewer on a whim, and I love it. I love the platinum finish and is very attractive in the kitchen. The only complaint I have is that you cannot access the internal water storage. I have heard horror stories about people breaking open old brewers and seeing thick mold on the inside. Otherwise, I think it is a wonderful brewer for everyday use and would recommend it to anyone. I love all the choices. The tea, coffee, and hot chocolate are perfect. Love the ability to make a carafe. Considering the quantity it holds, it takes very little counter space. Thank Keurig for free packs for this review.

We like our 2.0 K550. It is the best brewer in the market. Only Cons is i am unable to use my coffee. very Sad by this, other than that i like the machine.

Use every day for morning coffee. I have found the Karafe does not keep coffee hot long, but set on 4-5 cups setting, it is just enough to fill my morning cup while I get ready for work and my insulated travel mug for the drive to work. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Temperature and taste

The temperature is always set to give you hot coffee and taste as you like it .I use this as I'm on the go and its so easy to just put in the k pack and push the button and I'm on my way, Instead of waiting for a full pot to brew. pro's .some of the settings like # 4 could have #8 to 14.since some flavors are stronger.
