"I truly Love this concept, pick your flavor, press a button & there you have a perfect cup of coffee." The taste of the flavored coffees shines true, it is not just the aroma. Better than ever!

I was given my keurig 2.0 as a Christmas gift and I am so pleased with it! I like being able to brew a cup (of any size) or a carafe if I have company. It is so fast that I can brew a cup in seconds first thing in the morning so I get over my morning "grumpies" right away. I don't like the exxpense of the pods for the carafe and think it would've been better to provide a refillable large k-cup to use for that purpose. As a result I rarely use it. Overall I'm very happy with the Keurig and love waking up to it every morning. One of the nicest gifts I've ever received.

Before I even used my 2.0 for the first time, I sent a complaint to Keurig about not being able to use other coffee with the personal coffee filter. I had decided to send back without trying it out. Well, the very next week, my regular pot went out and I had already given my daughter my other Keurig. I pulled it out and started using it until I got a new pot. That was in August and I haven't gotten another pot yet! My husband loves the ease of use and the fact that he doesn't have to mess with a paper filter when he fills his thermos for work. I love the large capacity of the water reservoir especially for my large family gatherings. No one likes the same coffee so its been a hit! We use it almost everyday! Keurig is expanding the K-Carafe flavors and that is a plus. "Thanks, Keurig. for the free packs for this review."

You have to hold the brew button for hot water until it stops and you only get 6 ounces at a time. You cannot tell it how many ounces you want and just push the brew button for hot water. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Unhappy that it does not use reusable cup/carafe cups. Makes it a limited and very expensive appliance. I don't recommend when friends inquire. It's a shame that it is not eco-friendly.

A Good Way To Keep Family Together

Every morning and night i brew coffee for me and my husband and hot chocolate for the kids. They love the taste of it, especially during the winter holidays. I just love seeing their faces smile in the morning and at night when they are sleeping with sweets in their mouth. Whats great about the Keurig K550 is that it has a sleek design, its very simple to use, easy to clean, and fun for the family. There is by far no flaws at all about the K550. Its my very first Keurig machine ever and the best. The K550 is one of the best products I have ever bought because its what brings my family closer and happy. On those days my wife and I feel like drinking the same coffee, we use the carafe otherwise we choose our individual flavors. This machine lets you do that. I prefer my coffee hotter, while my wife likes hers cooler--this machine lets you do that, too. Hot cocoa comes out perfectly--there is no cocoa sediment in the bottom of your cup. The "night light" on the pot is appreciated when it starts to get dark.
