Excellent Machine

This is a fantastic machine that I use daily either for a single cup as I head to work or a carafe when I'm home for the day. The coffee tends to cool too quickly in the non-insulated carafe, but the insulated one keeps it hot for hours. It brews quickly and is very user friendly. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great coffee machine for home or work. Thanks for making such great products. And thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

This is, by far, the best coffee maker ever! I use this every day to brew coffee. My kids use it to make ramen noodles, too. It is extremely convenient to have the hot water only option. "Thanks, Keurig, for th free packs for this review."

I love this coffee maker. Because it makes great coffee, and tea and cocoa! It's easy to use, looks great and is easy to upkeep. The variety of coffees, teas and hot chocolate is awesome.

Can I use vineger to descale as I have not been able find your product to if you have one.
