What a great decision to get the 2.0 550 brewer is a really nice step up from the old Keurigs. We drink a lot of coffee and really put it through it's paces. It would be nice if I could use my old pods. That said the brewer is reliable and fast and looks great, six month's in it has been very reliable but even using spring water and filters it will clog because of pods that seem to have too much pressure inside and grounds back up in the nozzle, I thought it was a descaling problem which I have done 3 times but a paper clip is all that I needed. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for writing the review.

Cons: Complicated Controls, Stops Up Frequently, Won't Use All Pods, HARD TO CLEAN

We Love Our 2.0

We use the 2.0 at home and absolutely love it. Its convenient for company or even a party or everyday use. We recently used it at a baby shower and it had no problem keeping up with the crowd. My husband is a coffee addict so it is perfect for his everyday use. The only drawback is that the 'needle' that dispenses the water into the pods clogs very frequently so we have to struggle to unclog it, still, the convenience is worth it. The Kuerig 550 is the absolute most versatile coffemaker I have ever used! You can brew K-cups and Vue-cups. You will never brew a more perfect cup of coffee in under a minute, especially with all the choices that this machine offers!!! I just wish you could select an increase in the upper temperature range... its just not hot enough for such a GREAT cup of coffee that this Kuerig 550 consistantly produces. Its truly a technical advancement in brewing coffee - if its just one cup or an entire pot... this 550 Keurig machine an unparelled workhorse!

The Keurig 2.0 gets me out of bed in the morning. Brewing coffee doesn't get any easier. My Keurig is my most prized household possession. The only dilemma I have is that I drink entirely too much coffee now. Great product, great buy, great value, great coffee!
