Wonderful Upgrade

I've recently upgraded to the K550 at home and moved my older unit to my office at work. I really enjoy the sleek new design with touchscreen display and the ability to customize various settings including auto on/off and display/water tray color. I also really appreciate how the new unit now fits between the kitchen counter and cabinet. I can lift the k-cup caddy fully without hitting the top of my kitchen cabinet. The old unit had to be placed away from the wall to get enough clearance which didn't look good and took up more space. I love it. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I think this is a neat invention. One cup of coffee when you want it. Lots of varieties provide many choices. It was irritating that my Keurig Brewed k-cups used in my previous Keurig were not found usable by the infrared sensor in the 2.0. The purpose for this machine is to deliver extreme convenience. My first several attempts to use were anything but! (Keurig rectified this by sending coupons for replacement coffee). Whoever's decision this was to limit coffee to certain providers was a marketing knucklehead. You don't introduce a great product knowing that it won't work for many repeat customers! (Thank you Keurig for the two free boxes of k-cups in exchange for this review)

I have my 2.0 set to come on automatically every morning, so all I have to do is put my coffee pack in the machine, set my cup, and brew. I love the quietness with the Vue packs and the Carafe packs, the screen is a nice size, the tank holds plenty of water, and the machine is just overall nice. Good value for the money.

I love this new system. It was not hard to set up and once it is on it is quick to warm water. Love the large water tank.

I love this Keurig. I use it daily to brew one cup at a time. On the weekends I use the carafe for our family and my son uses the carafe settings daily to brew a thermos of coffee for work. It is easy to use once you learn how and the directions were easy to follow. I'd buy it again! Thanks Keurig for the 2 free packs.
