Better than previous models!

This product is awesome. My only real complaint is that when the keurig wakes up from standby mode, it takes a good few minutes to warm up. Every time I also have to press the power button a second time before it wakes up and heats the water. Otherwise, the brewing is quick and having the option to make a pot helps out in the morning for my family.
Pros: Large Pot, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Durable, Brews quickly, Stylish
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Takes A While To Heat Up

We love this machine! Easy to use and the single kcup servings brew quickly and are piping hot! The only drawback that we have found is when we use the carafe, it's not as hot and no warmer to keep carafe warm. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

This is my second Keurig and I am blown away with all the bells and whistles on this Keurig 550. I especially enjoy the setting to brew an extra strong cup of coffee. The new carafe is perfect for me and the girlfriend to get a large cup of coffee each. Would definitely reccomend this product. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

This machine does what it's supposed to do! It quick, relatively quiet and the coffee/tea tastes amazing. The only thing I wish it could do is get hotter. You cannot set a brew temperature and I like my coffee/tea extremely hot, so I have to microwave after brewing for about 45 seconds.

I am a huge Keurig fanatic. I got my first Keurig coffee pot for Christmas of 2012. I drink coffee everyday and pretty much all day. When I seen the new 2.0 came out I knew I had to have it. I loved the carafe feature! A pot of coffee would be so convenient for me. So I asked for one for Christmas this year, and recieved it. I am in love. I love the touch screen, I love that you can change the colors of lighting, I love the fact this machine has a strong selection as well as multiple ounce sizes to choose from. And of course the carafe was all I was anticipating! The only con I can even say about the machine which really is not a huge con for me but may be for some is that you can not use a non-keurig stamped coffee pod. So do not think you are going to buy a store brand coffee pod, because if the keurig logo is not on it, it will not work! But then again, Keurig does give some great online ordering perks :) Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
