We loved our old Keurig, but our new 2.0 is even better. We particularly enjoy being able to brew carafes, the ability to brew stronger coffee and to brew 10 oz mugs. A great system. We've only had it a month, but no problems so far. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review.

I like this brewer best of all other coffee makers I have owned. It's easy to set-up, easy to use, and the Keurig Brewed K-Cup selections are great. The night light that shines through the water reservoir is a bonus, and I appreciate the ability to select display and night light colors. I hope that Keurig will offer a K-cup compatible coffee pod so I can brew my choice of packaged coffees.

My husband doesn't drink coffee but I love a cup every morning so this is perfect because I don't have to make a pot and then either drink too much or end up throwing some away. I didn't buy a Keurig until the 2.0 though because I wanted to be able to make a pot when we have friends or family over. I love the option of being able to do the whole Karaffe.

Brews quickly and love the auto brew feature. Variety of beverage options so even non coffee drinkers can enjoy. Down side- hot water only dispenses 6oz with each brew. We tend to prefer larger mugs especially for hot tea or hot chocolate. If you attempt to immediately add an additional 6 oz the machine will only dispense another 2-3 oz. To get more you need to wait a minute or two. Not a huge down side but enough of an inconvenience that I would like to see the company improve that in the future. Overall, great product and would recommend.

Our Keurig 2.0 K550 always brews a great cup of hot coffee! We also enjoy using the carafe. It's a little noisy during pre-heat and brewing, but not a distraction. Over all, we truly love our K550! "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."
