The Keurig 2.0 is perfect because I brew a single cup, a travel mug, or a whole pot. I love having the choice. I keep k-cups, vue-cups and carafe packs fully stocked :) Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!

I like the hinged reservoir fill. Needs a travel mug size brew or at least a 12 oz brew.

I set and forget!! Coffee ready in just a minute when I get up in the morning! I love that I can brew a single cup for me or a full pot when I have company!! I also like that I refill water reservoir less often. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I love the machine, it has done very well so far to take care of my coffee drinking needs. The only feature I think it is missing is more cup size selections. The biggest is 10oz. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

Great variety for family

The variety of drinks and flavors are excellent, my husband and I drink all types of teas and coffees. The kids drink the hot chocolate. Everyone complains that you have to use the Keurig K cups, but I can't complain. They offer a large selection of drinks for the machine and always offer discounts for them. My one complaint would be the carafe the brewer comes with, it doesn't keep the coffee warm as long as the stainless steel carafe( which I purchased). The BOI pitcher ( bought separately is wonderful as well , it makes a perfect pitcher of tea for us in the evenings. We love our brewer, will never go back to another brand. As I said Keurig always offers discounts. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for writing this review!!

Don't know why I waited.

I had the Keurig B60 machine for 4 years. Any issue that I had was cleared up by calling Keurig. But it was getting cranky. And loud. So my husband and I were shopping we purchased the new Keurig 2.0 machine. Now I had several boxes of kcups that would not work in the new 2.0 machine. I called Keurig and they went over all the coffee that I had and sent me coupons for 4 free boxes. I sent the old kcups to my daughter. She was thrilled. I have not used the carafe since I drink different types of coffee for each cup. My only real complaint is that I cannot use the My K Cup that I used with the old machine. I hope that Keurig can come up with a new My K Cup for the 2.0. Thank you for great support and a great machine. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
