My husband likes the strong feature and I like the hot chocolate setting. I also like the cup size option when I use different mugs or to go cups. The coffee is hotter than my old brewer too. Thanks for the free packs for this review.

Great Product, can make a strong cup or normal. Coffee seems better tasting v. 1.0 brewer. I wish we could have more option with the traditional K-Cups (brew size) and I am looking forward to vue compatibility for easy lattes, etc.

I use my Keurig 2.0 every day and I love it. I drink coffee from the time I get up till I go to bed. My favorite things about my Keurig is: Fresh cup of coffee, tea, etc. every time. Automatic turn on for when I get up. Different flavors of coffees. Customizable settings and brew strengths. No coffee sitting on a burner getting bitter. Once you have tried coffee from a Keurig you will never want to go back to that old pot of coffee!

I have used other Keurig models and this one is the best so far. I like the ability to make several cups at a time with the large carafe. The fact that you can't use the separate coffee holder anymore is a minor inconvenience. I don't mind paying a little more to be able to just toss out the grounds. Good job Keurig and thanks for the free coffee for writing this review.

I make mainly Ice Tea and Coffee the pros about the coffee maker is the carafe and its stylish the cons are carafe cannot keep coffee hot , only can use your K Cups , No My K Cup Option No Favorite Settings for Brewing a Cup of Coffee, Water filter for Reservoir keeps Breaking Replaced 3 times already ,

Cons: Limited Features

I'm a first time Keurig owner. I read many negative comments, but the most consistent message was from existing users not liking the new labeled cups. I understand that products have to change a little bit for better experience as products evolve. Well, let me tell you, it was an awesome purchase! I've become an everyday coffee drinker (not sure if that is good :) ). Overall it looks amazing and it works well.

Love the new Water Reservoir and pot

Like being able to make a pot. But the pot doesn't stay warm long. Love the new bigger water reservoir. However, the needle where the water comes through clogged rather quickly and was hard to get unclogged, even after running through the cleaning product purchased for Keurig cleaning. Also, don't like the idea that they are not compatible with the older K-cups.
