I have been a Keurig coffeemaker fan since they first came out. This 2.0 is terrific. Since my husband and I have different coffee tastes, this works perfect for both of us. I really like the ability to make multiple cups with the carafe. I did find that the carafe that was included with my package did not keep the coffee hot long enough. I ordered the stainless steel carafe off their website and it is much better. I do wish that they would make this model with a 12 ounce option for filling my travel mug. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Overall excellent ! Love it! The only wish I have is that it had a setting for 12 or 14 Oz's for a traviail mug.

We use our Keurig 550 every day. My husband loves it. I prefer more cream than he does so for me the coffee would be better if it were hotter. Also, the carafe is a great idea, but if you do not drink all of it right away and go back for a second cup, the coffee is cold. For convenience, it can't be beat. We had an older Keurig but this one is awesome. We drink more than a cup so the carafe is a big plus. We bought the insulated carafe but it's doesn't work much better than the one that comes with. We will receive a product gift for this review.
