Carafe that comes with the unit does not keep coffee hot. Can not choose for a stronger brew when using the carafe. The kcup filters sold in stores do not work with the 2.0 brewers.

Cons: Can't Purchase Kcup Fiter, Limited Features, No Stronger Choice For Carafe, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Carafe Not Thermal

I've been a Keurig coffee maker fan since they first came out. This 2.0 is terrific. Since my husband and I have different coffee tastes, this maker is perfect for both of us. I love the style and versatile use with the carafe. I did find that the carafe that came with my coffee maker did not keep the coffee hot long enough so I purchased the stainless steel carafe from their website. Much better. I do wish that they had a 12 ounce option for use when I'm filling my travel mug.

I wasn't sure I liked my new brewer at first. I was used to the old one. But the more I use my K550 Brewing System, the more I just love it! I like the carafe option, it's very convenient. And up to 6ozs of hot water, immediately! Great for my family members who love their packets of hot cocoa. I'm glad we took the plunge and upgraded. Love getting that perfect cup of coffee. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

cannot set the timer and have it set to come on because the clock cannot keep time. Have to buy and use keurig brand k-cups only.

Good but not all k-cups are good

There are some k-cups that the brewer does not like, for example the dunkin donuts k-cups. The brewer makes a mess with these, to the point I could not use them anymore and took them to work. Some k-cups brew fast and easy and others not so fast. I've timed one that took 3 minutes.
