I've had a B40 (?) since 2006. It gave me 8 1/2 years of 3 to 4 cups a day service without a hitch. My brand new Keurig 2.0 K550 Brewing System lasted 3 weeks--it preheats, acts like it's going to brew, then it doesn't pump the water through the K-cup. I didn't care that the new model prevents the use of 3rd party K-cups. I didn't care that I wouldn't get 12 or 14 oz options. I was used to not have ANY options. But I do care about quality, and to not be drinking coffee on an 11 degree morning has me questioning whether or not I should have purchased another Keurig. I called Support... They were adamant that my needle might be clogged... after less than 3 weeks of brewing... even though I always remove my K-cup from the brewer after brewing. I wasn't in the mood for the slow walk through their flowchart of possible fixes. I asked to speak to a manager, and he immediately ordered a new system for me. That's nice, but he didn't want to talk about it any further, and he defended the possibility of the needle being clogged. Good company guy.

The only draw-back is that the actual cups in our cupboard only fill about half. we have measured the setting sizes on the unit and then actually measured the amount of coffee produced. In every case is it smaller than setting size (even after cleaning and descaling). Oh well, still good coffee.
Pros: Easy to use, Great Step By Step Video, Easy For Guests To Use, Love The Large Pot, Brews quickly, Multiple Settings, Easy to clean, Large Pot, Brew Is Very Quick
Cons: 8 Ounce Cup Produces 6 Oz, 10oz Setting Produce 8oz

Nothing really negative to say about the brewer. My only beef is that there's a limited selection of flavored coffee to order.
Pros: Brews quickly, Easy to use, Stylish
Cons: Loud, Limited Features

It gets clogged while brewing, so I do a "just water" cycle to clear it.
