I love the auto off feature! I turn my Keurig on every night and it turns off after I leave for work. The coffee brews at a perfect temperature and tastes delicious. The only thing I don't like is that when it is low on water it won't let you shut the power off. Also, when you want just hot water it does this weird setting where you have to hold the brew button down. Other than that I love it! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I use my Keurig 2.0 practically every day. I use it for coffee, tea, and my instant packs of oatmeal w/ the hot water dispenser button which is nice. I just wish it brewed a little faster like the older style keurig. Also some of my k cups I would like to have 14 oz or more as a option. Thanks, Keurig for the free packs for this review

I received this as a Christmas gift and i love it! I love that I can brew teas,coffee and even hot chocolate. I love the touch screen and also the fact that I can make coffee for more than one person. I enjoy that when people come over we can all have different coffees,teas or hot chocolate. This imachine is fast and easy to use that it makes me be excited about my coffee in the morning. I love the fact that there are many flavored coffees and teas available. This is definitely one of our favorite household items.

Keurig 2.0 550 Exceeds Expectations!

What I really like about my 2.0 550 brewer is that I do not have to rinse it everyday like my traditional coffee-maker, buy filters and grind my own coffee. The 550 definitely saves time in the morning before work. It is stylish and attractive looking appliance that people notice when they visit and are impressed. The ability to easily brew a tea, or coffee, or hot cocoa anytime is great. I use the automatic settings, color display, the clock display, and the LED lighting option. The broad array of coffee's teas, and cocoa makes it easy to brew what myself or friends want whenever it is desired; I do not have to brew 4 or more cups of one drink or coffee pot like a traditional coffee maker. The only minor behavior of the brewer that I don't like it that it makes noises when brewing the coffee, as if it it is sucking small amounts of air. I use this pot everyday, all day! My favorite thing is I auto-set the carafe at night so my coffee is hot and ready the next morning to fill my husband's and my Keurig travel mugs! My only wish is that Keurig would hurry and add additional cup size choices to the setting and also allow auto-set for all sizes and not just the carafe. I am one happy camper! :)
